Bosu Ball
Bosu Ball is a piece of fitness equipment that looks like an exercise ball but is cut in half. It is inflated on one side with a flat platform on the other and makes a good balance trainer.
Same as a balance board, you can use a Bosu ball to train balance and coordination. It can be used on both sides, which means you can either stand (balance) on the soft side or flip it and stand on the solid platform.
Trampoline
If you’re into freestyle snowboarding then trampoline training is definitely for you. It is fun and effective at the same time.
During the air time and landing a jump you train your air awareness and vestibular system. Your whole body is focused and prepared.
