  • Fitness workout;
  • Strength workout;
  • Core and stability training;
  • Rehabilitation and therapy;
  • Learn and practice tricks;
  • Improving muscle memory;
  • Boardsports alternative.

“The iconic INDO BOARD Original has become a fun and functional training device that has been used by hundreds of world and national champion athletes, in virtually every sport, all across the globe.”

INDO BOARD

INDO BOARD is a solid and sturdy balance board that withstands the test of time. I’ve been using this balance board for over 10 years (since about 2010) and it still retains its looks.

The top anti-slip surface remains the same way and I’ve been using it both with shoes and barefoot. Even though the edges and bottom stops are frayed, the deck still maintains its original shape and still looks good (see pictures below).

Deck

The INDO BOARD Original model includes a 30” x 18” deck that is made from cabinet-grade Birchwood that is finished with a non-slip surface.

On the bottom side, there are two ledges to prevent the board from slipping out. The deck is about 0.6” in thickness.

Finally, it has nice graphics on top featuring an INDO BOARD logo for aesthetics and a warning notice. The decks are available in 11 different colors.

Roller

A roller is a 6.5” diameter indestructible molded plastic cylinder with three strips of grip tape for better contact with the surface. The roller is black with two stickers on the sides.

The roller diameter is larger than many other balance boards, thus it’s you’ll need more pressure to make it roll faster.

After years of using it, grip tape strips got worn out a bit but still do their job and provide stability for the roller. The plastic remains intact, despite multiple falls and hard hits.

Cushion

The IndoFLO was designed to introduce balance boards and balance training to everyone. IndoFLO cushion under the deck provides very different levels of instability.

Because the IndoFLO cushion does not move independently of the deck, the product has no learning curve and is safe for virtually anyone. That way it makes a good choice for beginners. You can use it for physical therapy, ankle mobility, and overall fitness.

It’s 14” in diameter, mouth-inflatable, and adjustable.
