Nalanda Balance Board Overview
The Nalanda balance board is a budget yet a good alternative to the other products on the market. This is a roller-type balance board and includes 1 wooden deck and 1 roller in the set.
Unlike other balance boards, this one has a unique feature that lets you choose between different difficulty levels. That is 2 stoppers that offer users 3 adjustable positions to train their balance skills. Or you can remove stoppers at all and use the full length of the bottom.
The board has nice aesthetics and looks appealing. The top of the board features honeycomb graphics with the Nalanda brand name.
The board is suitable for both beginners all the way up to the pros.
Deck
The board is 29.1 x 11.8 inches in size with an Anti-Grip surface on top. The board is made out of a multi-ply durable PVC. There are two ledges on the bottom sides to prevent it from slipping out.
The bottom of the board has an adjustable roller stopper system. Stoppers are screwed easily into the board with plastic heads. This means you control the width between the ledges, which is good for the beginner level of difficulty.
Roller
The set includes a lightweight vibration-dampening roller. The roller size is 17.5 x 4.3 inches. It is covered with three Anti-Grip trips for stability and control.
